Name of the Open Forum: INVASION YOUTH SUMMIT
Specific issues that the Open Forum will focus on:
CAREER TALK,AIDS AWARENESS,RELATIONSHIP AND SEX,INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN NIGERIA,SMALL SCALE BUSINESS,HOW TO SURVIVE IN A HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT.
Rationale for holding this Open Forum:
BECAUSE MANY YOUNG PEOPLE IN MY COMMUNITY HAVE IDEAS , VISIONS AND PROSPECTS BUT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT IT.
MANY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DISCOVER THEIR TALENTS SO THEY NEED ROLE MODELS AND OF CAUSE A SUMMIT LIKE THIS TO HELP THEM FIND THEIR WAY.
IGNORANCE IS ONE OF THE THINGS AFFECTING YOUNG PEOPLE IN MY COMMUNITY.IF THEY ARE WELL INFORMED ABOUT THINGS THEY WON'T FALL VICTIMS .
Goals the organizer hopes to achieve by holding
this Open Forum for youth in the community:
The purpose / vision of the summit [the first of its kind] is to build strong youth leaders, inspire and empower them to go and invade their planet for God.
The IYS creates strategic partnerships with people and organizations committed to assisting youth in finding and harnessing their potentials so they can positively impact the world around.
