WYPC is a 5-days event, held in Koc Ozel Lisesi campus. WYPC is planned to be an intellectual gathering of thousands of young minds from all over the world with a perspective on global issues and a will to enrich it with the perspectives of others. The organization also hopes to act as a catalyst for friendships between people of different cultures and will thus plant the seeds of a more culturally emphatetic future.
The 5-day program features speeches from high-profile speakers, conferences on global issues and committee discussions. The committee proceedings will then be declared as a declaration and will be publicized by the means of national and international media.
Delegates from delegations invited will be assigned to committees with different agendas, whose proceedings then will form the backbone of the declaration.
WYPC is an invite-only organization, meaning the participating schools will be chosen and invited by the organization committee of WYPC. But those willing to participate in the congress can by informing the committee and getting an invitation. Those, who have formed their delegations under their school's knowledge and have informed the organization can participate in the congress. These delegations must inform the organization beforehand because all the invitations will be sent prior to the event.
WYPC charges no participation fee, in an effort to ensure equal conditions for participation but the delegations will have to pay for their own travel and accommodation costs. A special-offer package will be sent to the invited schools together with the invitation mail.
