The Positive Gathering will span three days (oct 20-22, 2006) during which up to 250 HIV positive people in British Columbia, and their allies, will come together to share experiences, learn from peers, devise strategies for prevention, share, treatment and support, and build HIV/AIDS community.
The positive gathering will bring the HIV postive BC community together in an environment where we feel sufficiently comfortable and secure to exchange information and personal experiences. This will be undertaken within a structure intended to maximize the sharing of practical information about healthy living. |
