The focus of the forum is to educate and involve Saint John youth in the UN Millennium Development Goals.
Rationale for holding this Open Forum:
Saint John youth are very involved in local and national issues, but there are few opportunities to think globally. This forum can increase perspective and open new areas of participation.
Goals the organizer hopes to achieve by holding
this Open Forum for youth in the community:
We hope to have some concrete action plans for local youth to become engaged with. We want to explore ways to implement local projects that will have global implications.
