On February 25-27, 2007 more than 500 high-achieving students and professionals from over 100 countries will once again convene in the UAE in order to seek "Innovative Solutions to Global Challenges". We sincerely hope you'll join us...
Building on the success of 2005 in which representatives from 89 countries gathered to discuss issues related to e-learning, Education Without Borders 2007 promises to engage exceptionally diverse participants in a unique and collaborative forum featuring:
* Prominent guest speakers
* Student presentations
* Stimulating debates
* Interactive workshops
* Arabian cultural activities.
We believe that by bringing together leaders of business, education, NGOs, government, and technology from six continents, we will create networks and innovations which positively impact communities and individuals around the globe for years to come.
Organized by students for students, EWB is one of the largest student-organized, humanitarian conferences in the world. While we encourage attendees from any generation and background, our Global Student Organizing Committee ensures that the event remains focused on harnessing the energy and talent of the globe's young leaders for the greater good.
As participants ride camels across windswept deserts, connect with active global citizens, learn from inspiring expert speakers, and work collaboratively across all boundaries, we think all will agree that EWB 2007 promises to be an extraordinary and life-changing experience for all who attend. |
