The International Forum of Faculty of Law in Ljubljana invites to a lecture by HE Daniele VERGA, Ambassador of Republic of Italy in Republic of Slovenia, on topic: Future of the European Union: Problems and Opportunities.
The lecture will be held on Monday, 27th of November 2006 at 10 a.m. in a Golden Room-Faculty of Law.
The lecture will be in English.
After the lecture, HE Daniele Verga will answer the questions from the audience.
The Faculty of Law of the Ljubljana University founded the International Forum in 1994 in its endeavour to broaden the horizons of its students and its staff. In order to achieve better understanding of other people and legal systems the Faculty invites to this forum leading experts from home and from abroad to talk pro bono about legal aspects of the processes going on in different parts of the world. By means of the lectures at the International Forum the participants can better understand other legal systems, institutions and, most importantly, the people behind those systems and institutions. The international Forum plays an important role in preparing Slovenian lawyers for future integrations Slovenia may enter.
The lectures at the International Forum are open to the broader public.
The International Forum began its work on 22 April 1994 with the speech of the than Slovenian Foreign Minister Mr. Lojze Peterle. |
