The course covers the definition of Projects, including how projects start, project procurement, project management preparation;
managing changes, configuration management, managing stakeholders;
Closing the project, project close report, etc.
The course will also cover the following: quality assurance and quality control, risk identification and management, dealing with issues.
We target project managers, quality managers, project team leaders, etc. The course is a five-day program, with facilitators drawn from African Executive Group, Method 123 (USA) and the School of Business of the University of Cape Coast. |
