Two-hundred-thirty students representing the United States, Egypt, Canada, Morocco, Russia, Australia, Sweden, England, Argentina, Korea, China, Romania and Haiti recently spent four fantastic days in November 2006, in Kansas City, Missouri USA, attending PTPI’s 5th Annual Global Youth Forum (GYF). While at the GYF, delegates were immersed in PTPI’s mission as they spent intense sessions learning practical ways to achieve Peace through Understanding within their communities and in the world.
At PTPI’s Global Youth Forum (GYF), young achievers ages 13 - 18 from around the world explore various perspectives and skills while also experiencing an exciting new group of diverse people and cultures.
A variety of dynamic speakers, interactive workshops and rewarding activities highlight this unique youth conference, which is devoted to key components of the PTPI mission: international understanding, education, leadership and humanitarianism.
The 2007 PTPI Global Youth Forum is slated for November 7-11 in Chicago, Illinois USA! We'll share more details in the months ahead. |
