The Goal of the 2007 Global Citizenship Conference at McMaster University is to empower delegates of all ages to become conscientious citizens at local and global levels. Through workshops, debates and lectures, the Global Citizenship Conference will guide attendees in an exploration of multidisciplinary bodies of knowledge and diverse perspectives on global issues. We hope to encourage the sharing and amalgamation of diverse visions for the future in order to foster the development of informed collective actions that will lead to positive changes in the world.
