We’re running a year-long campaign in Pune , called the Wake Up Pune ,to make people aware about the HIV and AIDS epidemic that city now faces.
As part of this, we’re starting YAHAAN, a youth network to bring NGOs and young people together to fight HIV and AIDS.
We’d like to invite you to a Youth Consultation Meeting on Friday, 9th February, to discuss the way forward for YAHAAN. There will be around 15-20 young people taking part, including representatives from schools, colleges, people living with HIV, NGOs and others.
We’ve asked you because this is a network of young people, run by young people, for young people. For the network to truly reflect the needs of young people, a proper consultation process is required.
