About

Seven young ladies will be vying for the title of Miss HIV/AIDS Awareness 2008. The Tenure will be for one year and that young lady will be responsible for educating young persons in the communities of Vieux-Fort North about the disease and how they can protect themselves and others from this deadly disease.

Miss Awareness will be required to make appearances at every event hosted by T.I.E-D.I.E. in the communities or schools in the country. She is to be the face of the group for the year of her reign.
