The Girls Power Club and Technology Club at the school will implement the proposed service project. The activities of the project will include :
1.Survey in the community to map adult illiterate persons. The goal of the survey is to identify minimum 50 adult illiterate (25 male and 25 female). Many of the parents of the students of the school will fall in this category.
2.Drawing an action plan to contribute to removing adult literacy in the community through a participatory group discussion involving community members. The discussion will be led by students but facilitated by the school administration and Cluster Management Officials of Relief International-Schools Online in Comilla.
3.Develop several lesson plans for literacy class for the selected adults and select student volunteers who will act as instructors.
4. To produces/purchase education materials for adults enrolled for the literacy class.
5.To conduct afternoon classes for adult literacy for 50 adults
