Nigeria's IT sector received a boost when all arguments melted at the birth of a new umbrella body called the Nigeria Computer Society. That body, in conjuction with Nigerian IT experts in the diaspora, is putting together a session where you'll be able to know what exactly is the latest in the sector.
This is one meeting you should plan to attend as it will be an opportunity for us, as tomorrow's decision makers and key players in the sector, to make our hearts known and get into the mainstream of events. Its our nation and we collectively decide its destiny!
There will be 4 major presentations: National IT Development Agency to represent the Government, Nigerian IT Professionals in the Americas to represent those in the Diaspora, Nigeria Computer Society to represent the Private Sector, and one on Nigeria's Youth.
