DetailsCos'è
Outside, in Victoria Square, Birmingham City Centre:

Main stage
The event will be opened by a young member of Woodcraft Folk, Hannah Millward. Sust'n'Able will be there!
There will be short intervals of ceilidh music from Green Shoots from Leicester, and towards the end of the event, a short musical session by Caliche (South American music), hopefully with involvement from young people who have taken part in their workshops.

Stall and other activities
There will be stalls from a variety of organisations with links to the themes of sustainability, including:

Folk Supply
Midlands Co-operative Society - craft activities, fair trade produce tasting, games
WWF - information on their campaign against illegal trading, quiz, with face painting in designs of endangered species (more volunteers for face painting duty welcomed!)
Ladywood Credit Union - drawing pictures for use in a calendar
and hopefully:

Allotments Association - demos of planting seeds and giving out free packets so young people can try it at home
Trade Justice - Oxfam, Cafod and Christian Aid combining forces with a giant board game on world trade and other fun activities
Jubilee Debt Campaign
Amnesty
Students for Refugee Action
Palestine Solidarity Campaign
and possibly:

Water Aid
RSPB
Survival International
Campaign against the Arms Trade
Peace Pledge Union
CAT
One World Week
Young People's Parliament (Birmingham)
We also hope to have badgemaking, recycled party hats and modelling from junk.
Inside the Town Hall, 12 until 4 pm:
