| The annual "Be the Man" Conference is organized by the Seminars and Outreaches Department of The Positive Youth Network. The 2007 edition tagged "Beoming the Change" aims at instilling a new dimension of change and positivism in the minds of the Nigerian youth leader while empowering them to become the change. Expected participants are NGO heads, youth leaders and positive thinkers. Speakers at the event include: Dayo Israel {AYDF - UK}, Nuhu Attah {GPMI - Kaduna}, Akin Akinpelu {NICHE - Lagos}, Joshua Osezua {TPY - Lagos} amongst other speakers. The conference will also feature discussion forums, affiliation and networking sessions and other unique features. A change network will also be inagurated at the event. Artistes at the event include Tosin Martins {Lagos}, GAIS{Ife}, Verses{CU}. The conference fee covers conference materials and a lunch break. NGOs are expected to send in three delegates. Fee waivers are as follows:free entrance for the third delegate of attending NGOs, NGOs who wish to send in more than three delegates will pay N6000 for a maximum of five delegates.
