GYCA Kenya task force would like to invite GYCA Kenya members to participate in the project management workshop as per our annual action plan. The workshop will be conducted by GYCA members who have successfully completed the GYCA Project management e-course.
WORKSHOP GOAL: Equip participants with basic skills in Project management
WORKSHOP SESSIONS:
•Introducing Project Management & Developing Objectives
•Role of Program Coordinator.
•Monitoring, Evaluating & Reporting on the Project.
DATE: 17th November 2007 (Saturday).
TIME: 7.30 A.M – 4.30 P.M.
VENUE: SOS YOUTH CENTRE (take a number 23 Matatu from Gil house in town and alight at SOS Children’s Villages, Outerring).
Since the event has no funding, interested participants will be required to contribute Kshs 150/= to cater for 10.00 o’clock tea, Lunch & Stationary. Please also note that participants will be expected to cater for their transport.
N/B.
Interested participants are required to write a two paragraph e-mail to dkmoreka@yahoo.com stating why they want to participate in the workshop.
Deadline for submission of the write –up and member contributions is 14th November 2007 (Wednesday). Participants are request to make their contribution to either Diana or Kadesa at SOS Youth Centre on or before the deadline.
