This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone aged between 16 and 30. Learn to develop your leadership skills. Our programmes are designed for young people all nations of the world, all economic and social backgrounds, and all religious and philosophical beliefs.
Discover how to lead positive transformation for the benefit of your society. All young people are born with unique talents and the ability to make a difference to the world. Our week-long programmes offer participants a framework to unlock this potential and develop the inner resources needed to bring about transformation. The programmes give participants the space to formulate and discuss their vision for positive change in the inspiring company of other young people.
We believe that all true leadership is service and arises to meet a need, so the programme aims to teach more than just theory - it teaches practical skills that will enable you to make a real difference to your community or society. It aims to give young people the confidence and ability to be able to do something about the needs they see around them, rather than just feeling helpless or overwhelmed. |
