| The Youth Environmental Network's (YEN) Capacity Building Retreat is coming up! It will be held January 21-26, 2003 at the YMCA Environmental Learning Centre in Waterloo, Ontario. This is a great opportunity for youth environmental groups in Canada to develop their skills and meet other youth environmentalists so check it out at www.cen-rce.org/cbp-rmej/.
