I do not see any mention of African youths in the diaspora in most forums. This is a valuable resource for Africa that should be seriously cultivated and promoted. For now, not much thought is being given to this strategic group. Even when brain drain is being discussed, it is as if it is only an Older adukts affair - well it isn't.
