The purpose of the conference is to attract Manitoban student leaders and activists involved in organized international development or activist groups in their high schools. We want to provide you with useful skills and knowledge to be better able to engage you and your fellow students in social justice issues.
The event will consist of numerous workshops that you will choose to work for the day. This year, we are offering a total of 15 creative and innovative workshops that will integrate issues of child labour, consumerism and fair trade. Each workshop lasts a full day (6 hours total) and will be facilitated and lead by highly skilled and motivated demonstrators, community partners and field experts.
