| It is going to held the national handicapped athletic meet in Hualien. We invite youth to hang the red ribbon on the door. The meaning is to encourage people paying attention to the handicapped and be the volunteers. By the action of the red ribbon, we want to invite everyone to participate in the athletic meet and cheer for the athletes together. |
