| Development portals are designed as tools for development focused organizations and individuals from all spheres and corners of the globe. While infrastructure is a major detterent to internet use amongst social developement workers, thier capacity to effectively use the net or these developement tools specifically is overated. This workshop is the first of a series that aims to build the capacity of Ngo's, CBO's and individuals involved in developement to use the internet effectively in thier work. |
