At its forty-first session, the Commission for Social Development will consider two topics under its agenda and multi-year programme of work, namely the priority theme "National and International Cooperation for Social Development"; and the review of relevant United Nations plans and programmes of action pertaining to the situation of social groups.
Thereby, the World Youth Report 2003 will be discussed
