 Pleasure Meeting at Manthan 2008 Awards - Posted By: Ramesh Reddy

Dear All

It was nice to know that you all were part of this Gala event of Manthan 2008 award function.It was pleasure meeting you all.

I would also like to congratulate to all those who have bagged this award and prey for their success.

But I would like to share one thing, which has zapped me.

I was wondering Why did they shortlist and invite us for presentations. As far as my knowledge , the presentations were going on till 1.30-2 pm in conference rooms till 19 th Oct and the award were announced in between 5 to 6 pm, same day


Under no circumstances , One can have a complete video profile of all the 33 award winners and on the top , a printed booklet of 2008 Award winners in a couple of hours,if the Awards were based on the presenationa and the particpation.

And this Cleary shows that Awards were prefixed, and were decided much before 19 th Oct , and I doubt on what criteria the Jury did this philanthropic act, what sense does it make to be there.

Anyways , this bad experiences was a learning experience for me and also gives me a sight into an excellent business model of Manthan Awards.
