Many people do not know the plight of our 9/11 Heroes who were exposed to deadly toxins in the air on September 11th and for many months to come. They are very ill and many are dying with cancers like leukemia and pulmonary diseases. On October 18 our youth will invite Firefighters, Police Officers, EMT\'s, Construction Workers, Search And Rescue Teams, Army and National Guardsmen as well as family and friends to a 2-mile walk in San Diego educating the public as well as raising funds for our Heroes medical and everyday essential needs. They will become 2ndResponders! Motorcycle Riders will carry the flags of the World as well as the Memorial Flags proudly for those we lost on 9/11/01.The walk will follow with a BBQ, Speakers and Local Bands. Ask for more info if interested in helping!
Anywhere you are, Unite In Peace invites you to take a short 2-mile walk and invite your First Responders to walk with you. Have a BBQ, Speakers and Local Bands. Educate and raise money for our heroes and their families.
