The YOUTH EMPOWERMENT - ALIVE adventures CAMP is a journey into the wilderness for youth 13-17 years of age. It is a Rite of Passage camp. It is an adventure, a ceremony, a trek, a ritual and a time to be with nature.
our Youth learn their best when doing hands on and in nature. So, our camp is about giving them a chance to empower themselves through adventure, risk, thrill, brotherhood-sisterhood, time, silence, acknowledgement, discovery, separation and celebration.
We will learn Native American culture, arts, crafts and activities. We will climb rocks, boulders and mountains. We will raft some hairy whitewater. We will swing together from high in the sky on our ropes course.
We will learn primative skills, outdoor camping skills, communication skills, trust skills, teambuilding skills and LIFE SKILLS !
And most of all, we will get to understand ourselves and the stage of life that we are in. We will get to acknowledge where we are at in our personal development and find more raw power ... inner power and learn how to use it to become stronger, clearer and more passionate young people.
This adventure is 5 days long, this 5 days can change your life for the positive. |

YES! Youth Empowerment Services
We host monthly youth & family mentoring programs, seasonal empowerment camps, rites of passage journeys and vision quests. We teach 'life skills' through adventure, risk and outdoor living.
