The main purpose of the conference is to analyze the nature of relationships among different stakeholders in companies where dealing with actors coming from different cultural environments.
The success of companies regarding their ability to maintain lasting growth and maintaining global competitive situation and market share on specific economic segment is greatly dependent on capability of managing the relations among stakeholders which lead the activity of the company.
In globalised economic-business environment where contacts among individuals and economic companies from different parts of the world are typical there often occur institutional connections. The faces of this are economic companies in mixed ownership which are consequences of takeovers, mergers and strategic connections among economic subjects which can derive from different environments. In this context we can face with different cultural patterns expressing in different values, norms and behaviors in conducting business processes. It depends on the compatibility of these cultural patterns and capability of overcoming the differences among them to what way the companies will function.
Conference will gather experts and researchers from different European states who deal with studying relations among actors in business sphere. The goal of the conference is to clear certain dilemmas about conducting intercultural relations in business sphere and offer some answers about the most appropriate approach towards facing challenges mentioned. |
