DetailsAbout
Responding to Conflict is offering three 2 day courses that follow the programme/project management cycle and are aimed at de-mything conflict sensitivity in development, humanitarian response, relief and peacebuilding programmes. These step by step courses will enable programme managers, coordinators and practitioners in the fields of development, humanitarian response, peacebuilding and conflict transformation to bring a conflict sensitive approach into their programmes.

Step 3: From Intervention to Impact Assessment: what is your programme doing to the conflict context?

This course is designed to enable participants to assess the wider impact of their programmes on peace and conflict. It will focus on the need to link the desired-for change in an organisational vision, with an understanding of how change happens, and how to note and articulate that change. Participants will explore approaches and apply tools to enable them to assess how their programmatic activities contribute to the bigger picture of peace and conflict in their specific contexts.
