- Creating Web pages: Maintenance and Networking.
- The Role of ICT in Technical and Vocational Education and Training in the 21st Century.
- Globalisation and ICT: The role of governments, private sectors and civil society in Information sharing.
- Youth and ICT for Development.
- Youth leadership role in the information knowledge age.
- Empowering the rural Youth through increased access to agricultural information using ICTs.
- Strategies and opportunities for ICT business development under NEPAD.
This envisaged conference is in line with Alexandria Youth Employment Summit Declaration for the Youth. It is therefore believed to be a strategic move in main streaming youth ICT issues into affective ICT development programmes of the private, Government and public sectors, by assisting policy-makers and their policy development experts in forming youth ICT policies and programmes.
The aim of the conferenc is to prepare african youth for the upcoming World Summit.
