Myriam Tremblay-Sher
Myriam is a film student at Concordia University. She will be screening her latest documentary exploring the issue of HIV/AIDS among young women in Bangkok, Thailand.

Elizabeth Sully
Elizabeth is a recent graduate of McGill University . She will be drawing from her experiences in Africa, the International AIDS conference and her current work with the Canadian Aboriginal AIDS network to discuss the different ways youth can become involved in the global fight to combat HIV/AIDS.

Frédéric Samvura
Frédéric is a former Congolese refugee, has lived in a Kenyan refugee camp and is a graduate of McGill University. He will discuss his experience as an AIDS educator for displaced people in Uganda and Tanzania.
2:30pm– 4:00pm
Dr. Robert Smith
Dr. Smith, from the University of Ottawa, will discuss how the development of an HIV/AIDS vaccine and microbicides can contribute to a net reduction in disease transmission.
