Bringing Poznan to the World

This message is primarily for those of you, who have connections into
schools and universities, child and youth organizations, or other
networks of young people.

2degreesC is leading a very exciting outreach initiative
from the upcoming climate negotiations in Poznan, Poland that is going
to help bring the fantastic youth experience in Poznan to the world. We
are inviting every one of you to help make this a HUGE success. Read
below for more info:

The MASS Dialogues
Conversations on Youth Citizenship in our Warming World.
Through a series of approximately 30 interactive video conferences, The
MASS Dialogues will enable youth delegates to the Poznan negotiations to
connect directly with young people from around the world. A COP
experience is an incredible opportunity for learning and inspiration,
and for gaining a sense of empowerment and accomplishment for those who
are fortunate to attend.
The MASS Dialogues will be an opportunity to extend this learning and inspiration far beyond the small group in
Poznan.

Our aim is to reach 35,000 young people in 35 countries. Ambitious? Yes. Achievable? Absolutely, especially with
your support.

We are making all the arrangements for the Poland end of things. We need
your help in organizing participation of large groups of young people all over.

The video conferences will be web-based using a globally leading provider
of online meeting technology. All that is required to participate is an
internet connection and a telephone (or VOIP) connection. Participants
will log on to a website and dial in to a teleconference, and they'll be
in an interactive videoconference. The dial-in number is an
international toll-free number - so participation is absolutely free.

We have already confirmed "event leaders" in almost 20 countries, and we
are only now sending out the formal invitation. With your participation, it will be even greater.

We can accommodate an unlimited number of participants - so don't hold
back. Send this invite as far and wide as possible. Let's get lots and
lots of event leaders. Let's get three hundred and fifty (350) event
leaders. Let's get school auditoriums packed with kids. Let's get
individuals logged in from home. Let's get as many people engaged in
this as possible.
Let's get people movin'.
