The 5th Youth World Water Forum 2009 will be organised by an international group of youth organistion with support of local counterparts. it will allow young people the experince of the chanllenge of organising a forum. It also provides a spercial aveune for youth to take part, not only in learning to take decisions in the future, but take part in decison-making of today.

The 5th World Water Forum will focus on oviding coherent answers to the most crucial water-related issues of our time. In line with the 5th World Water Forum’s main theme, “Bridging Divides for Water”, the VMS will make it possible for those with the knowledge and capacity to contribute to these targets to go beyond geographical,
time and language barriers, and share their related ideas and experiences. The VMS will also provide coherency between the Forum’s thematic, regional, major groups and political processes.
