| This discussion will look at the increase in drug use in Canada in the past 50 years and the impact that it is having not only on individuals but on communities as a whole. This event will take the form of a 1 hour panel presentation followed by one hour of open discussion. Panel speakers include the Youth Harm Reduction Committee, Hannah Cowen nurse at the Oasis Clinic, Jeff Leiper president of the Hintonberg Community Association and Eugene Oschapella founder of the Canadian Foundation for Drug Policy. |
