World Summit on the Information Society, organized by the United Nations and the International Telecommunications Union will take place in two phases: in Geneva, in December of 2003, and in Tunis two years later.
This event will provide an opportunity to comment and revise the draft declaration and action plan developed at PrepCom2. |
