Fisk has said that journalism must "challenge authority ‹ all authority ‹ especially so when governments and politicians take us to war." At a time when Canada is rushing to support Israel’s aggression against Palestine and the bombardment of Gaza, along with Obama’s acceleration of the US war in Afghanistan, Fisk will erase the propaganda behind Canada’s justifications, and reveal what are the consequences.
Fisk has published a number of books such as "Pity the Nation: Lebanon at War". His most famous work, "The Great War for Civilisation: The Conquest of the Middle East" (2005), has been followed by "The Age of the Warrior: Selected Writings" (2008).
