Software Freedom Day 2009"SFD" this year from Region IX Philippines the Computer Professionals Union, Mindanao Open Source Society together with the STI College Zamboanga will be organizing and hosting the SFD on Region IX. The event is not just an ordinary SFD event because it will be also a FOSS Conference targeting the whole region.

Track2: FOSS for Educators,Students and Developer.
Track3: FOSS for NGO/SMEs.
