This was New Era: Movement in Motion's first World AIDS Day (week long) observance, and it was amazing and inspiring. Beginning on Saturday, we hosted a Youth Health & Resource Fair. The highlight was the Women's health dialogue. This dialogue was attended by both women and men, and was informative for all.

The High School tour included 5 local school, which we support with materials and resources. In addition, we add 4 addition schools during our World AIDS Day events, and look forward to work with school nurses in the future.

The March & Rally, on World AIDS Day was the capstone event. We invited people to pin a red ribbon to a globe, to signify their commitment to being tested in the next three (3) months. Our march ended at the steps to the State Capital Building where we were received by Senator Chang-Diaz (the only person of color in the State Senate), who joined us for a prayer and pledge vigil and a picture. We end with a HIV 101 teach-in, attended by 40 youth, in the Massachusetts State House.

This week was amazing, and we look forward to increasing our reach next year.
