Graduate and senior undergraduate students, whose work focuses on the Asia-Pacific region, are invited to present their research, work-in-progress, or papers at the CAPI Student Symposium on the Asia-Pacific. The symposium will be a great opportunity to network with other students doing work in the Asia-Pacific region, practice a short presentation of your own work, and of course, enjoy some complimentary food!
Interested students: Please submit a typed, 500 word abstract outlining the work you plan to present, as well as the following information: department, level of study, email address and supervisor's name. Submissions should be sent by email to CAPI, or delivered to the CAPI office in Sedgewick C147.
Deadline: Abstracts must be received by January 28, 2010 at 4:00 pm. We will review the submissions and participants will be notified of our decision to include their paper by February 4, 2010.
A full program and specific information about the location and times for this event will be posted in early February 2010. For more information, please contact us!
