talking about "the dreamer", "the megaphone", "the spark plug", "the task makers", "the Sherpa" and the "storyteller" was very fun,thanks to all of you,I learnt more in a good atmosphere and now I know the kind of leader I am.

It was a fantastic talk about "the dreamer", "the megaphone", "the spark plug", "the task makers", "the Sherpa" and the "storyteller". It was eye opening for me and interesting to see how these roles where broken down into small niche arches. The presenattion was great and look forwar to seating in more of such talks in future. Brilliant stuff and well-done.
