عندما علمت بهذا الحدث كان عندي اصرار للمشاركة فيه لتقاسم الرؤى والافكار والحوار مع اصدقائي وصديقاتي ولافيدهم ولاستقيد منهم ،
كثيرة هي المشاريع التي يفكر الواحد منا فيها في هذا العالم حيث تنتشر الازمات والمآسي في جميع ربوعه ، وحيث المعاناة وانعدام التفاهم والفراغات الكبيرة ، مشاريع تنموية تهذيبية تطوعية ،
انا فكرت في مشاريع عدة بينها مشاريع لتطوير مفاهيم حقوق الانسان والحوار و لترسيخ فعاليات المجتمع المدني في دول العالم الثالث ، فكرت في مشاريع لرعاية اطفال هذا العالم الذين تضيع احلامهم تحت وطاة وافع الفقر والجوع والمرض ، فكرت في مشاريع لمحاربة الامية والامراض الفتاكة كالسيدا والملاريا ، مشاريع قادرة على تغيير المجتمعات حيث نوجد إلى الافضل ، ان ايماني بالتغيير الايجابي هو ما دفعني دوما لأبادر إلى المشاركة في كل ما ينحو هذا المنحى ، وايماني في قدرة الشباب إذا ما حدد اهدافه وامن بها ،
ان المشاريع كما اسلفت كثيرة ، ويبقى التخطيط الجيد لها هو الضامن الوحيد لنجاحها وهذا التخطيط هو الذي نرجو ان الدورة ستركز عليها ، واضعة في الحسبان الخصوصيات الاجتماعية، مبرزة الوسيلة الامثل للتاثير في المجتمع ولتغييرخ نحو الافضل ، وانا بصدد اعداد بعض المشاريع في المواضيع المتقدمة واتمنى ان هذه الدورة ستوفر لي الطريقة المثلى لابدأ الان بنجاح اكبر وباصرار اقدر على التغيير
تحياتي لكل اسرة شباب من جل التغيير ، لنبدأ ولنجعل العالم افضل

حين ما يسألني احد كيف يكون المشروع ناجحا في رايك ،
ارد عليه بثلاثة امور
1- التخطيط والدراسة الجيدة
2- دراسة مكانه وزمانه جيدا
3- وهي اهم من الاولتين الايمان الراسخ به وتحديد اهدافه بدقة

لضمان نجاح المشروع يجب اتباع الاتي:
1- حدد جيدا ماذا تريد والايمان به
2- ان يكون المشروع واقعي
3- ان يكون لديك رغبة قوية في تنفيذ هذا المشروع
4- ان تعيش المشروع
5- اتخاذ القرارت السليمة
6- تحديد اطار زمني
7- دراسة المصاعب والاستعداد لها جيدا
8- التخطيط السليم
9- الالتزام
10- تقسيم المشروع الى مشاريع صغيرة حتى يسهل التنفيذ

عندما علمت بهذا الحدث المتميز . فكرت في كيفية إيصال الفكرة و الدراسة الى المجتمع المحلي و بخاصة الشباب الذي يتطلع الى تبادل الافكار و الحوار الايجابي .
ولما نشبت احداث الشغب الاخيرة علمت اكثر ان الشاب الجزائري مغيب عن صنع القرار

الحمد لله الفائدة كانت كبييرة .. حيث استفدت الكثيير من خلال هذا اللقاء مع الشباب .. وكان حوار مفيد وهذا الاسلوب لاول مره استخدمه ويعتبر ذولا فائدة كبيرة لانه يمثل خلط لعذه ثقافات مختلفة من مختلف الدول .. اشكر القائمين على العمل المتكامل .. والى الامام

Hey guys, am excited to join this event, before I share with you some activities we realized as youth from Africa, specially youth from the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Uganda, I have to present myself.
My name is Mr Appolinaire ZAGABE, young man of 25 years now, from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Eastern DRC. I’m a TIG online volunteer, www.tigweb.org, the Country Coordinator of IDUKA , www.iduka.org , and Coordinator of PEPA Organization www.pepahumaandignity.org
Student of International Relations at the University of Goma(UNIGOM),
I’m the founder of the Organization PEPA, In full: French: Les Plaideurs des Enfants et des Personnes Agees a risk,
English: Pleaders of Children and Elderly People at Risk,
The last Year 2011, We have many activities with youth with PEPA Organization in ground and in some Universities of North kivu/Goma,
Especially for us as youth, we had many activities in collaboration with the NGO PEPA such as:
1. 2. At the University of Goma, by the initiative of the student president of the University of Goma, the United Nations/Missions in DRC, youth of Congo, especially students have benefited a Computer center training at the University of Goma,
3. The climate change has got its solution in youth, because youth are the most active generation to fight against the climate change, and as Africa has an enjoyable climate, forests, animals, parks, Youth of Africa had a conference on Climate change , and this has been holed in MALAWI, Lilongwe, the capital city, for more information on the conference on climate change, click the link: www.sayccc.org
4. PEPA as an organization leaded by youth, has organized in Congo and in Uganda some activities about the impact of HIV/AIDS in Africa, the way children of Congo and Uganda have been victims, some children are infected with HIV/AIDS trough their parents who have died.
Most of these children are abandoned, on one to take care of them; they have a need of studying but no one to help, or to take care of them. This as future leaders of this world is our responsibility, all he who will read this can give a suggestion on how these futures leaders must be taken.
