The Africa Peace Festival will provide a common platform for Africans and the global community to showcase their cultures and commitment towards promoting sustainable peace on the continent. It is also to give the opportunity to young people to share ideas and exhibit their capabilities in solving societal problems.

The 2012 Africa Peace Festival is rapidly approaching as it is scheduled for June 30-July 7, 2012 at the
University of Ghana campus, Accra and targets over one thousand (1,000) participants of all ages and
gender from across the globe.

The festival consist of several sub-events such as Conferences, Workshops, Walk, Concert, Project Presentations, Debates, Film Screening, Poetry, Drama and Music, Culture Displays, Art Exhibition, Lectures
among others. It will also offer various opportunities for sponsors and businesses to showcase their
products hence promoting a peaceful trade and investment.
