| The idea of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions Pre-Summit conference is to bring together library and information professionals from many countries and the national delegates to the World Summit. The purpose is to facilitate the briefing of the delegates of the issues which we believe to be important in order to make a real difference to people's lives by harnessing the power of ICTs. |
