This global "e-conference" is modeled on the format of a face to face conference and is open to people from all around the world. Participation is free of charge, and we are particularly encouraging young people to join the discussion, as we seek to hear their views and ideas on how to reduce poverty. Recommendations made by participants will then be shared with top decision makers at a major World Bank conference on poverty reduction to be held in Shanghai in May 2004. This is an opportunity to get your views across!
Please see the attached announcement for further details.
