The GKP Annual Meeting provides an opportunity for members to meet, share experiences, and develop collaborative projects for the future. The 2004 meeting will include specific sessions on:

* Latin America and the Caribbean
* Video for Development
* Multi-stakeholder Partnerships and ICT4D
* Financing ICT4D
* Internet Governance
* Youth
* Poverty Reduction - The South-South Experience
* Gender
* Media
* Indigenous Knowledge, Local Content & IPR

Attached is a DRAFT copy of the youth advocacy position and follow up actions which will be discussed during the meeting.

In addition, prior to the meeting, there will be a 2-day workshop involving members of the YCDO Coalition to develop a concept paper for a Youth ICT Enterprise Fund which would provide resources to young people leading ICT4D projects and organizations at the grassroots level.
