On September 18th 2004,youths across Kano and the nation will be meeting at British Council in an annual Leadership Summit.This event is also use as a promotional event for TakingITGlobal organisation in northern Nigeria.
Since the inception of TakingITGlobal day celebration in Nigeria,we have not organised any event in the North and this has contributed to the low number of members from that part of the country.
-The objectives of this event is:
-To introduce TakingITGlobal to the Northern Youths

-To Improve leadership skills of young people
-To increase youths involvement in TakingITGlobal issues and projects.
-To promote collaborations among the youth led NGO's.
-To Celebrate the cultural heritage of Kano people.
