Residential workshop:
We invite participants aged between 21 & 30 to explore this unique time of life, a time of empowerment, growth and transformation. We will connect with our own creative individuality, with each other and with spirit. This will be grounded in work projects within the community, and balanced with time for personal reflection and meditation. In a safe and supportive environment we will question what it really means to be an individual within a group context. We will share common issues, visions and experiences whilst also celebrating the beauty of diversity and our unique blend of energy and wisdom. This workshop is run within the Findhorn foundation and requires previous participation in 'experience week'
