The WYDI 2005 conference will focus on very concrete and operational matters. The program will be based on case studies (e.g. review of "new voices" initiatives in specific countries, review of youth involvement in perspective, etc).
The agenda of the meeting is openly discussed with worldwide youth networks and various units globally. The program will reflect a balance of the following aspects:
- Advocacy: The role of the bank as advocate for development.
- Knowledge: How can we learn from each other?
- Operations: How can we operationalize the use of Ict
- Icts for youth development
