The event is an adventurous expedition which will give participants opportunity to learn more about the nigerian peoples and culture,meet other young people from other parts of the country to discuss issues,share ideas,make plans enhance their skills and develop collaborations with others.
this is a young peoples initiative run by young people for young people towards a better and more united future for our youths,nation and world at large
it consists of;
A lectures on : 1 the nigerian peoples and culture,
2 cooperation,tolerance,leadershipetc
3 role of youths in national development
4 effects of forein culture on nigerian youths
B cultural appreciation(participants will show case their native cultures)
C skills workshop (fund raising,advocacy,project planning)
D group discussion (peace,health,rights and education)
E tourisim and entertainment (tours,dramas,dance etc)
F presentation of papers titled UNITY AND PEACE IN NIGERIA (PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS) by each deligation or participant.
A communique will be drafted at the end of the delibrations on the papers for onward submission to the national authorities and the civil society as the input of the young people in the national dialogue. |
