This four- day Conference will be held from 23rd- 26th June 2005 in
Lisbon, Portugal and it aims to gather the biggest experts in leadership
field worldwide as well as proved leaders and those willing to learn more
about leadership, gain leadership skills and increase the possibility to
become future leaders in different fields.
We would like to invite all of those interested in learning about
leadership and gaining leadership skills as well as those willing to
present and share their own achievements in this field to apply and take a
part in this exciting event. In addition, please forward this announcement
to your colleagues and any individual or organization you think might be
interested in applying and taking part in the Conference.
International Leadership Conference consists of three components: study
session “the principles of leadership”, presentations of submitted papers
and open discussions
By taking a part in International Leadership Conference 2005, you will
have a chance to learn and discuss many issues of importance in creating
and developing leadership skills.
Conference themes and topic for discussions and papers submission include,
but are not limited to, the following:
· Casual factors of leadership development
· The role of education in creating a leader
· Leadership and innovation
· Entrepreneurial leadership
· Can leadership be learned? - Nature vs. nurture
· Cross cultural aspects of leadership
· Leadership styles and techniques
· Leadership values
· Leading under extreme diversity
All submissions (papers, detailed executive summaries, cases, and panel
proposals) will be reviewed, and acceptance/rejection is based upon
quality and relevance to the conference.
