Plans to host the 1st International Youth Forum in West Africa have been completed. The event which will bring over 500 young Activists from all over the world to come together for one week to share experiences and achievements and to participate in projects. The venue is Mount Cameroon Academic and Sporting Center, at the foot of Mount Cameroon which is 1.500 M high. It is one of the most beautiful site situated 60 KM away from Douala (the Economic Capital of Cameroon and 20 KM away from Limbe (former Victoria, the OPEAC and touristic city).
We would want to see that the event has a strong element of young people (16 to 30 years) attending and being involved in running the program themselves before any other elderly persons or group leaders. Youth project workers, leaders of youth organizations up to 40 years or older are encouraged to attend.
